Our goal:
We decided to venture into a transformation to an agile, networked organisation over the next three years and currents&tides is facilitating the process.
What we have achieved so far:
A mutual understanding of the transformation process and a smooth rollout of the various elements, from crafting roles to creating a circle – and now we are developing the playbook.
